Using something flexible, like a tape measure, measure in millimeters the widest part of the nail. You can also use something like scotch tape, washi tape, etc. to lay across your nail, mark the widest part of your nail, then using a ruler measure the distance between your marks. (For example, this nail measures at 15mm)

*Make sure to measure every nail as sizes can differ between hands.
